Hi, I’m Alejo!

I’m a User Experience Design professional with over 20 years of experience ensuring software is both usable and useful for end-users.

I solve complex problems in Healthcare through the various disciplines of UX Design.

I’ve always believed that great Design (that is grounded in user-centered research) can improve the state of Healthcare software. My main focus has been turning complex workflows into easy-to-use web and and mobile applications that help people get their job done.

Other industries in the past include the consumer health, airline and telecommunications industries. Areas of concentration within UX include: information architecture, interaction and UI design, UX research, embedding UX into agile development, UX management, leadership and mentorship.
